Teilnahmebedingungen Facebook Gewinnspiel FitzToFCI Rally Obediencee:

Veranstalter der Gewinnspiele ist die HTZ Großhandels GmbH, E-Mail Adresse: marketing@blackcanyon.de. Dieses Gewinnspiel steht ausdrücklich in keiner Verbindung zu Meta und wird in keiner Weise von Meta unterstützt, gesponsert oder organisiert. Meta steht nicht als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.
Der Empfänger der vom Teilnehmer bereitgestellten Information ist nicht Meta, sondern die HTZ Großhandels GmbH, Zeppelinstraße 6, 66740 Saarlouis, als Betreiber der Black Canyon Facebook Seite (kurz: „Veranstalter“). Die bereitgestellten Informationen werden einzig für das Gewinnspiel verwendet. Eine Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist ausschließlich zu den hier aufgeführten Bedingungen möglich. Mit der Teilnahme erkennt der Teilnehmer diese Teilnahmebedingungen ausdrücklich an.
Soweit im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels personenbezogene Daten von Teilnehmern erfasst werden, werden diese vom Veranstalter ausschließlich zum Zweck der Durchführung des Gewinnspiels erhoben, verarbeitet und genutzt sowie mach Beendigung des Gewinnspiels gelöscht. Der Teilnehmer erklärt sich damit ausdrücklich einverstanden. Der Teilnehmer kann diese Zustimmung jederzeit durch Brief, Fax oder E-Mail widerrufen. Für die Korrektheit und Vollständigkeit seiner abgeschickten Daten ist der Teilnehmer selbst verantwortlich. Die personenbezogenen Daten der Teilnehmer werden vom Veranstalter unter Beachtung der datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen genutzt und verarbeitet.
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erfolgt über die Kommentierung des Gewinnspielposts, wie im Beitrag beschrieben.
Die Gewinner werden im Zufallsprinzip durch einen Comment Picker bestimmt.
Teilnahme- und gewinnberechtigt sind alle natürlichen Personen, die das 16. Lebensjahr erreicht haben und in der EU wohnen. Mitarbeiter der HTZ Großhandels GmbH und deren Angehörige sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.
Das Gewinnspiel startet mit der Veröffentlichung des Gewinnspielposts. Teilnahmeschluss ist dem Posting zu entnehmen.
Die Gewinner werden spätestens 7 Tage nach Einsendeschluss über einen Post mit ihrem Foto auf der BLACK CANYON facebook Seite benachrichtigt. Die Gewinner müssen nach der Gewinnerbekanntgabe innerhalb von 5 Tagen eine email an marketing@blackcanyon.de senden mit ihrem vollständigen Namen, der Anschrift und dem Facebook-Namen. Nach Ablauf dieser Zeit verfällt der Gewinn.
Der Gewinn ist nicht übertragbar. Nicht eingelöste Gewinne verfallen ersatzlos.
Die HTZ Großhandels GmbH behält sich vor, das Gewinnspiel jederzeit ohne Angabe von Gründen anzupassen, zu ändern oder abzubrechen.
Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen, eine Barauszahlung der Gewinne ist nicht möglich.
Der Erwerb von Produkten oder Dienstleistungen beeinträchtigt den Ausgang des Gewinnspiels nicht.
Der/die Teilnehmer/in erklärt sich mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel damit einverstanden, dass die HTZ Großhandels GmbH den geposteten Bildbeitrag auf der Facebook Seite von BLACK CANYON (BLACKCANYON4PETS) veröffentlicht und für zukünftige Werbezwecke verwendet. Dieses Einverständnis kann jederzeit per E-mail an marketing@blackcanon.de widerrufen werden.

1. The organizer of the competition is HTZ Großhandels GmbH, e-mail address: marketing@blackcanyon.de. This competition is expressly not affiliated with Meta and is in no way supported, sponsored or organized by Meta. Meta is not available as a contact partner.
2. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Meta, but HTZ Großhandels GmbH, Zeppelinstraße 6, 66740 Saarlouis, Germany, as the operator of the Black Canyon Facebook page (in short: “Organizer”). The information provided will only be used for the competition. Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.
3. If personal data is collected from participants as part of the competition, it will be collected, processed and used by the organizer solely for the purpose of running the competition and deleted after the competition has ended. The participant expressly agrees to this. The participant can revoke this consent at any time by letter, fax or e-mail. The participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data submitted. Participants‘ personal data will be used and processed by the organizer in compliance with data protection regulations.
4. Participation in the competition takes place by commenting on the competition post as described in the post.
5. The winners will be chosen at random by a comment picker.
6. All natural persons who have reached the age of 16 and live in the EU are eligible to participate and win. Employees of HTZ Großhandels GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

7. The competition starts with the publication of the competition post. The closing date for entries can be found in the post.
8. The winners will be notified no later than 7 days after the closing date via a post with their photo on the BLACK CANYON facebook page. The winners must send an email to marketing@blackcanyon.de with their full name, address and Facebook name within 5 days of being notified. After this time, the prize will be forfeited.
9. The prize is non-transferable. Unredeemed prizes will be forfeited without replacement.
10. HTZ Großhandels GmbH reserves the right to adjust, change or cancel the competition at any time without giving reasons.
11. Legal recourse is excluded, cash payment of the prizes is not possible.
12. The purchase of products or services does not affect the outcome of the competition.
13. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that HTZ Großhandels GmbH may publish the posted image on the BLACK CANYON Facebook page (BLACKCANYON4PETS) and use it for future advertising purposes. This consent can be revoked at any time by sending an e-mail to marketing@blackcanon.de.
